Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns on eligible merchandise within 30 days from the delivery date.
Refunds are issued in the form of online store credit only, excluding original shipping costs. A restocking fee of USD $8 will be deducted per return.
All returned items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In perfect condition
• With original hangtags attached
• In original packaging
Returns that are damaged, worn, altered, or missing original tags or packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Important Notes
• FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or refund
• Online orders cannot be returned in-store
• Online store credit is non-transferable and cannot be used at physical AAPE retail stores
• Store credit will be issued for the actual amount paid
• Exchanges are currently not supported via our returns system
Please allow 7–10 business days for your return to be processed once received. You will receive email confirmation when your store credit is issued.
FINAL SALE / NO RETURN ITEMS
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded:
• Special Sale / Special Offer items
• Items discounted 30% or more
• Collaborations
• Jewelry / Watches
• Hats
• Gloves
• Swimwear
• Gift Sets
• Undergarments (including underwear and socks)
• AAPE Home products (gallery items, furniture, dishware, office goods)
• Figurines
• BMS Snapshot products
All FINAL SALE items will be clearly marked as “FINAL SALE – NO RETURN” on the product page and in order history.
Returns Process
For eligible items, please initiate your return at:

You will need:
• Your order number
• The email address used for the purchase
Once submitted, a prepaid FedEx return label will be generated.
Product Page & Order History Indicators
• Products that are not eligible for return will be clearly marked “NO RETURN / FINAL SALE” on the product page
• In order history:
o FINAL SALE items will show “FINAL SALE – NO RETURN”
o Eligible items will display a Return button
